allow author/contributor to upload article from file
allow author or contributor to upload their articles for review as pdf or doc (or other filetype)
they can still copy/paste the text into the form using the current system, but also be able to simply "attach" a file with their submission.

Currently using the "attachments" plugin to handle this for articles, but I'd like a built-in solution.
