customize review fields/options
Reviewers can accept, require revisions, or reject articles, and are able to fill out a single comment box.
I would like to be able to easily edit these options, for example by adding radio-button style questions to ensure the reviewers address certain key points

yes, and for now I added the wordpress plugin simple to do so we can maintain our own tasks I used custom categories to tag unpublished tasks within the CMS where we can log who we submit to, contact info, fees, followup activities, etc. :D it seems to be helping support the publication flow overall especially between multiple contributors...
